We’re all about good vibes, but we don’t do returns just ‘cause you changed your mind—buyer’s remorse isn’t part of the session.
But if something’s off with your order—like it arrived damaged or has a defect—no worries. We’ve got you. Just hit us up within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.
Here’s how to roll with a return:
- Within 30 days of delivery, fill out the contact form and let us know what’s up. Include your order number from your The Stoner Room emails and tell us why you’re looking for a refund or replacement.
- Snap a few pics of the damage and email them to mandm@playinginmud.com. Don’t forget to drop your order number in there too so we can match everything up.
- Once we’ve got your info, we’ll hit you back with the next steps—like if you’ll need to send the item back and when you can expect a refund or replacement.
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- We totally get that sizing can be tricky, so we just ask that you double-check your choice before you order. We're a small biz (not a giant like Amazon), and exchanges can get a little pricey on our end. Thanks for understanding—and for keeping the good vibes flowing. 💚
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping if it comes to that.
- Items coming back need to be in original condition—if not, we’ll figure out any value loss together.
- Got glass? Any damage to glass needs to be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
